–       Main mission: Approach prospects to inform them about the company’s products and services,

–           Win and retain new customers,

–           Know the characteristics of the services to better advise customers,

–           Know how to negotiate prices in order to close sales.

–           Manage a customer portfolio through the processing and timely delivery of orders.

–           Increase the company’s turnover in the FMCG segment.

–           Improve the visibility and market share of products with distributors and retailers.

–           Know how to manage customer complaints in the after-sales service as formulated by customers to improve customer satisfaction.

–           Monitor competitive intelligence and formulate proposals for improving an appropriate commercial policy.

–         Training  : Candidates must hold at least a BTS in Commercial Action , Marketing, Commerce and Sales or equivalent Level of training

–         2 to 5 years of experience in the mass distribution or fast moving consumer goods sector ( Guinness, Brewery, UCB )

–         Good knowledge of the FMCG market and distribution channels.

–         Technical skills : Good knowledge of marketing, business, prospecting, sales and commercial negotiation techniques .

–         -Personal Qualities: Honest, Ambitious, Responsible, Serious and Stable, have the awareness to keep secrets and the ability to withstand pressure.

–         Professional experience  : More than 02 years in a similar position

–         Being bilingual would be an asset (French/English)
