La Morelle Restaurant-Cave, located in Makepe Supreme Court, is looking for dynamic and passionate talent for the following positions:

Head Chef (M/F)

Profile required:
– At least 3 years’ experience in professional cooking.
– Mastery of culinary techniques and creativity in preparing dishes.
– Good knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
– Leadership and ability to manage a kitchen team.
– Availability, rigour and organisational skills.

Main tasks:
– Drawing up and preparing menus.
– Supervising kitchen preparations.
– Ensuring the quality and presentation of the dishes served.

Waitress (M/F)

Profile required:
– At least 1 year’s experience in a similar position.
– Excellent customer service skills and a warm smile.
– Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
– Dynamic, quick and organised.
– Ability to work under pressure.

Main tasks:
– Welcoming and serving customers in a professional manner.
– Ensuring cleanliness of tables and service.
– Take and pass on orders in the restaurant.

Cashier (M/F)

Profile required:
– At least 1 year’s experience in cashiering or financial management.
– Knowledge of computer tools and cash register software.
– Thoroughness, honesty and reliability.
– Good customer relations skills.

Main tasks:
– Managing payments and monitoring transactions.
– Produce daily cash register reports.
– Greet customers courteously.
