Job description :

As a Teleconsultant, you will provide support to the consulting team in their prospecting and marketing functions. You will be responsible for customer service, preparing customer files and administrative follow-up of orders. You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining high-quality, personalised business relationships with existing and potential customers. Your ability to provide superior customer service, build relationships and earn the trust of customers will be essential to your success. Keeping in mind your ultimate goal of strengthening customer relationships, you will contribute to an individual and team sales plan whose success is based on identifying business opportunities, selling solutions and making referrals to partners.

– Preparing customer files (opening files, reports, information)

– Marketing development with potential customers (telephone approaches, solicitations, database management)

– Provide customer service (respond to customer enquiries, resolve problems, follow up with customers)

– Manage appointments (Booking appointments and diary management)

– Carry out various office administrative tasks (Weekly report)

– Making calls and prospecting for customers

Profile / Skills / Requirements

Academic requirements:

– At least a BTS diploma in a field related to administration

– Ideally a degree in insurance or a related field

– Excellent knowledge of Offices software and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software

– Excellent knowledge of social networks (Facebook, Snapchat, Linkedn)

Skills and competencies required:

– Ability to multi-task – Excellent verbal expression

– Good communicator and writer

– Enjoy contact with people and work effectively with others

– Demonstrate enthusiasm and discipline

– Good stress management

– Available for evening and weekend work

– Experience in a call centre or working on the telephone with customers
